Breath training

The importance of good breathing was something I knew as a support working when trying to facilitate a relaxed state. This was built on when I studied Toyohari Meridian Therapy and Tui Na massage as how Ki or Qi enters the body. As a Remedial massage therapist I knew it was relevant to fascia and as a Myotherapist it’s importance to metabolic health.

 

It was time to really focus in on the breathing as an individual key performance indicator to good health. I completed the Oxygen Advantage training and advanced training instructor programs.

 

There is not one spec of doubt in my mind this is the single biggest area of improvement in human health for the majority of the population. It is something I invest my training time into daily.

 

So, what does that mean for you when you come to my clinic? We will definitely talk breathing regardless of what you come in for. But I am also happy to run stand alone breath training with you.
