We help people with pain or restriction, to understand their conditions as a multimodality provider. This allows customers to make informed and objective health decisions. Unlike traditional providers who often only assess and advise within their single scope of practice.

Ways we can help

Myotherapy

Manual therapies with a health science degree more focused on assessment to develop specific treatments. May include specific joint mobilisation, electro dry needling, taping, and exercise rehabilitation.


Remedial massage

Manual therapies recognised by health funds for improving musculoskeletal problems. May include myofascial release, trigger point, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and stretching techniques.


Personal training

Exercise for general wellbeing. May include stretching, bodyweight, gym balls, sandbags, clubs, bells and maces, animal flow, and martial arts body conditioning.


Tui Na massage

Manual therapies from the Chinese medicine framework. May include cupping, acupressure, and gua sha.


Reiki

Energy work which draws from the universal energy to balance and heal of its own accord. May include touch and non-touch field techniques.


Toyohari meridian therapy

Japanese energetic treatment based on Asian medicine frameworks. May include superficial needling, and moxibustion.


Personal support

Conversations as a community worker. May include identifying support services, community networks, and connection to other professionals.


Breath training

Active breathing from the oxygen advantage framework. May include timed and movement integrated activities.


Yoga

On the way, I’m studying that right now, and plan to include Yoga in our clinical activities soon.

From the TCM and Meridian therapy we can practice attuning to ourselves, our energy, and our environment.

FAQ’s

  • Appointments are $90. Timeslots are scheduled for 1 hour inclusive of assessment, treatment, and administration.

  • No please feel free to book the appointment. Payment will be made after the appointment is completed.

  • As long as a treatment request doesn’t breach a professional duty of care, yes. If the therapy is contraindicated for the condition, I have a legal obligation as a health worker to protect your safety.
